Answer: Identify at least your five strength and weaknesses that you can substantiate using some instances from your life. State weaknesses briefly and revert conversation to a positive note as soon as possible.

Answer: Identify your vision, which is a picture you have about your professional career in a distant future. Once you have vision then identify some intermediate steps that you must climb to your vision.

Question 6-What are your hobbies?

Answer: Be honest in indicating your hobbies. You must have an up-to-date knowledge about the technicalities, latest development, famous personalities and rules and regulations related to your hobbies.

Remember your hobby is a mirror of your personality.

Answer: Identify some recent accomplishment in academics,sports,cultural activites,societal contribution or any other realm of life.

Answer: Highlight your strengths that are relevant to the position for which you are being interviewed.

Question 9-Why do you want to join our company?

Answer: The interviewer is expecting to know the advantages of joining this particular institute/company over others. You must research the institute/company well so as to identify at least one or two of its specific strengths.

Question 10-What would you say is the most important thing you have learnt in your college?

Answer: Identify your positive qualities associated with your youth : a greater degree of participation in college activities,inceased independence, active work, self-governance etc.
